Fax From a Blackberry....YES!

I cannot tell you how many times I have been running around looking for a fax or not being able to send an attachment without booting up my laptop. Now they are at my fingertips and just the ability to fax from the BB is worth the cost to me. Support has also been awesome so I highly recommend.

Works Most of the Time

Documents display well when they open. Several times I have not been able to open a document for some reason and my BB freezes up. Wish the product was more consistent.

The beta version I employed on my 8320 was very useful. The only feature left to be desired would be the ability to open pdf's right from the browser, which I was unable to do
