Vegas meets Texas in this poker showdown! Pocket Rockets Pro is a fun, fast-paced Texas Hold'em poker game for the PocketPC. Choose from three styles of heads up Hold'em:

• Career: It's you vs. "Big Philly", a notorious poker player determined to leave you busted. Your job? Turn your measly $100 bankroll into $10,000. Limits start at $2/$4 and increase as your bankroll increases.
• Tournament: Start with $1000 in chips and limits of $15/$30. Every 10 hands the limits increase and the play doesn't stop until one player has it all.
• Multiplayer: Set up the game and play against a friend via an infrared connection to see who really is the king (or queen) of Pocket PC Poker.

Great game, but AI could be better

This is a great way to kill time and practice heads up play, but the artificial intelligence could use some improvements. For example, the computer almost always folds if you bet with 4 cards to a straight on the board, even if there's a huge pot and its getting great pot odds. In these situations, you can bluff with great success, and the AI almost never calls. Also, when the computer has a straight, it almost never bets strongly. It only checks and calls. Knowing these idiosyncracies gives you a definite edge and somewhat takes away from the challenge of the game, but I still enjoy it quite a bit. Money well spent...

Best looking poker game for the Pocket PC

The graphics of this game just blow me away. Also the company has very good customer support, I had a problem with the registration key and they responded to my email with a new key within 5 minutes.

Solid Poker game

I was a little concerned because the trial version replays the same hands over and over however after I registered the game the hands were completely random. Great graphics, solid ai, and lots of replay value my only beef is that if you need to quit while playing a hand you have to fold the hand!
