on Aug 11, 2007 - Unfortunately Have had the sam experience as the gent from Norfolk below, an additional caution is that when you do have a problem you only find out after a long period of processing which is very frustrating from a trial and error perspective. The Trial version was impressive, but have been unable to process a single film to completion.

on May 17, 2007 - I run Win XP SP2 and have found this software fantastic to use. Quality of DVD playback on my N73 is brilliant. I generally use the Safe Option which splits the DVD flm into 20minute sections for optimum clarity. It is worth stepping through the advanced options. When purchased, you obviously register online. I found I needed to set my IE security settings to low to allow active scripts to run so the registration code could be entered. Customer Support has been outstanding.
