Looking for an easy to use meal planning aid for the Palm OS? Here it is!
You simply enter your meals in the appropriate format under the Memo Pad (or Meal Exporter). Then, you can select meals for any time and easily create food shopping lists for those meals. You can even assign specific stores for each item.

on Apr 23, 2003 - You've got your recipe database stored in your Memo Pad but you need a shopping list so you toggle back and forth between Memo and Handy Shopper to build the list -- yikes! Now you need to keep track of which meals on which days and toggle between Memo and Datebook trying remember what your original plan was. This little app coordinates this all in one place without any bloat! It uses the recipes (with some minor editing) in your Memo Pad, will add the menu to your DateBook and builds your Handy Shopper shopping list. Making your PDA even more efficient and useful.
