on Sep 18, 2005 - I bought this with Fish Tycoon and was very pleased by the game but really annoyed by its pacing. Two hours to get a plant ready for pollination and sale? And that''s on the fast setting. Same deal with Fish Tycoon. Those 18 long long ''years'' to see some real foliage; 24 years before its ready to work with?! Gawd... I like Plant Tycoon hugely -- it''s absorbing and great but the speed really forces you to play it every now and then -- ie to check in that plants are still alive etc -- and not like any other sim where you can be hands on all the time and actually be playing a game full-time. Still the fact I bought it should tell you how even this impatient reviewer can get over the pacing. But it''s still annoying. Not for the impatient! Good as a background game. Think of it more like a Tamogotchi than a sim.

on Jul 29, 2005 - This game will keep you entertained for hours. The plants are realistic, the way you take care of the plants is just like you would in real life and the game play and interaction are easy. Anyone could play this game and everyone of them would enjoy it.
