Good, but updates would be welcome

on Mar 1, 2007 - I like the program a lot. It really helps me in many ways. However, it's about time it was upgraded. The e-mail does not work with Versamail. Users could have the option of using "1.000,00" number option instead of "1,000.00" (that is, if Trusmart really wants to sell P.E.T. to users from different countries). And one last thing: with my students a passing grade has to be 70%, but anything above 50% is already marked blue. Users should also have the option of setting the passing percentage. Hey, how about upgrading, Trusmart?

What a waste of money

on Dec 29, 2004 - I hate this program. It is cumbersome to use, constantly requiring the user to go back and forth from different categories to enter a simple set of grades from one assignment. Further, it is UTTERLY unusable on the fly, as you have to enter each student's record individually. I hate that I spent hard earned money on this program.

on Nov 16, 2004 - I have been using Teacher's P.E.T. for over three years and have been very happy with it. However, I am less satisfied now since I have upgraded my palm to a Tungsten E. One of the biggest advantages of the software program is that I could keep students informed of their progress through e-mailed mark summaries at the touch of a button. Unfortunately, the software has not stayed current with the Palm operating system. Teacher's P.E.T. uses the old Palm mail program, not Versamail. Palm mail is no longer available. Therefore, the e-mail function of Teacher's P.E.T. is no longer functional. As far as grade programs go, Teacher's P.E.T. still does most everything any other program does, but not having e-mail capability has become a huge drawback for me! If the e-mail capability was restored, I would give this program a 5 out of 5!
