play Euchre on your Palm Powered handheld!In Euchre, four players divided into two partnerships start a hand with five cards, leaving some left over in the "kitty". They must take turns deciding whether the suit showing on the top of the kitty will be accepted as trump. If all players pass, they get to take turns deciding whether to name another suit. Once a player has named trump, the dealer swaps a card from his hand with the card showing, and the play begins.
The player to the left of the dealer leads off. The partnership that named trump must take at least 3 out of 5 tricks in order to score, while the defending partnership must try to stop them so that they can score. Hands are played until a partnership scores 10 points.

version 1.02 resets my handheld, 1.03 fixes problem

on Dec 8, 2004 - pros fast play, small, efficient, decent graphics cons my son beamed me euchre 1.02 but it resets my t3. i had to install 1.03 to play the game. my son complained that the partner is rather dumb. ordered up a 9, went alone with left,ace, nines and tens.

on Sep 13, 2002 - This is an easily viewed and highly playable version of Euchre, and I have nothing to suggest to improve on it. If you like Euchre, you might like this version better than one with 'characters'.
