Great concept- doesn't work

I had read a few positive reviews about this software so I decided to try it. First of all, it's a memory hog, on my SPV, I had to delete pictures and contacts so this application could run. It did work quite well in a dead-quiet room, but whenever I used the product in any kind of real-world environment, it would match my spoken name or number to completely random results- totally unusable unless you are in an office or bedroom. Also, the stability is rediculous- quite often while using the software, it would cause my phone to lock up- requiring me to remove the battery from the phone.
