on Apr 3, 2006 - The Quasar Scientific Calculator is a fantastic implementation of an RPN calculator for a QVGA smartphone. By using the joy stick, you switch between numerical input and functional operators. The screen is well designed and the number of available functions is excellent. When I had difficulty entering my registration info (due to my own error) the author responded promptly and repeatedly with assistance until I had discovered the error of my ways. Oh, that all technical support was this good. The only downside to the application is that it takes about 20 seconds to load on my T-Mobile SDA, which can seem interminable. I tend to leave the calculator running in the background so that it pops up instantly when I select the shortcut.
