Recurring Task may be a problem

I purchased this product because of its ability to manage the categories I like to use in Outlook tasks. That seemed to work well. However, I have many recurring tasks (monthly, quarterly, etc.) and Q-Task APPEARS to remove the recurring nature of the tasks. I sent an email to their technical service about a week ago and they promised to check the issue and get back to me. They have not. This morning I removed the software from my Q.
