Please Note:

. When you select Contacts the first time, you may see Information Unavailable message. That is because you are in captured contacts screen and you have not entered any new contacts. Bring up the menu and select an option from the "Filter & Search options". You will see your information
. If you have too many contacts on your server, you may not want to use the Batch download menu in main screen - this may take a long time. Instead, select a filter from "Filters & Search options" menu to see only the amount of information you want to see
