SyncExpress is a synchronization plug-in for Windows Mobile devices, designed to synchronize e-mail messages, contacts and calendar with a Windows Mobile Standard or Professional device. SyncExpress is fully integrated within ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center. Synchronization is supported for the following desktop applications:
Microsoft Windows 2000/XP:
- Outlook Express (local Inbox)
- Address Book
Microsoft Windows Vista:
- Windows Mail (local Inbox)
- Windows Contacts
- Windows Calendar
Main features:
- Synchronization of Address Book or Windows Contacts with Windows Mobile Contacts
- Synchronization of Outlook Express or Windows Mail local Inbox folder with Pocket Outlook Messaging. Synchronized messages are copied in a separate account: this makes it possible to synchronize messages with Outlook on a second PC. For example, users can synchronize Outlook messages at work and Outlook Express messages at home.
- Synchronization of Windows Calendar with Windows Mobile Calendar and Tasks

Transfers addresses, but crashes on email

on Apr 23, 2007 - I've tried to get this to work, and honestly would love for it to work. I even contacted the developer who sent me another version to try, but when I responded that it had also failed, I never heard back from him again. I went to the extent of completely eliminating every email message and every folder so that I had simply an empty inbox, but it still crashed. Now, if I turn off the sync of messages, the synchronization of the address book works beautifully, and for me it was worth the price to get that capability, but I can't rate it higher since its primary purpose is synchonizing Outlook Express, not just the addresses.

on Apr 6, 2003 - I much prefer the easy to use outlook express for my emails. SyncExpress is superb and works with no problems, it also syncs with address book which makes the software a superb choice. Well worth the purchase !
