extensive help system, start/stop timer, cumulative totals by day and by client, default option is to use Pocket Outlook as the source for timesheet clients and contacts. Also allows manual data entry for input fields. Most fields use drop down data entry. Populate drop down fields from text files and add or delete entries as you go. Allows use of external storage cards on Installation. Supports various currencies including French francs. Can cope with unlimited overtime rates for any preferred time period.

on Dec 18, 2003 - As with any software I had some difficulty in learning to use it. However once learned, which really didn't take long, I found it to be intuitive, at least for me. One caution is to be sure when you start to enter data for the day, make sure it is set to the current date. It doesn't automatically default to the current date. If you make an entry for the wrong date, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to just change the date for that entry. You have to delete the entry, and re-enter after you have set the correct date. It exports data to a file that can be opened with Excel. Then you can manipulate the information for reports. I would like to see an option for eliminating some of the data fields that get exported so I don't have to clean it up as much. Overall, I like it. Will buy more for my people.

on Jun 9, 2003 - Good product - I liked this system, its extremely flexible, fields can be altered and entered as you go. Stop watch enters automatic times but these can be entered manually with ease and saved for future use. Only product i found which gives a printed hardcopy timesheet and really usefull history reports. This really is information at your fingertips !!! Great piece of software !!!!
