Great if you don't want options.

on Jun 5, 2006 - Great set, love every game. Games: BlackJack - Way to many popup windows for everything, very unsmooth to play. Cinco - is nearly impossible. When using built in keyboard on screen keyboard keeps activating which gets annoying and covers board. FreeCell - Works fine. Minesweeper - took me a while to figure out keys. Now I am getting better. Does not rotate well. Reversi - Standard game, works fine. Does not rotate well. Sink the Ships - doesn't tell you when a ship is sunk (should also show you your own board when the other player is firing, but it does not). Space Defense - Does not rotate well. Would be nice for option of using the long way of the screen and having all cities on one side of the screen not two. Current way is fine, but both this and classic layout would be a nice option. Taipei - wont let you choose other tile layouts (I prefer the classic layout not the one used). Sum up..... I haven't tried Chess of Hearts yet. In general all the games work well. Except for most don't rotate well. None use the PocketPC soft keys to bring up submenus so learning what to tap when is a bit of an annoyance but ease to get used to. Most games lack several options. The lack of any help or version information is a bit annoying. Granted microsoft has not released any updates. Ways it could be improved. Add in some more minor options. Fix rotation problems (I have a side slider). Include help and version info. Use softkeys for game menus or function buttons in game (ie flag in minesweeper). In short a good set but much room for improvement that seems to have been forgotten in the last 3 years since its release. Worth having, not sure worth $30, maybe $15 for the number of games included.

on Dec 31, 2005 - 5 stars for nostalgia and addictive qualities! Ideal for those hours you need to kill in an airport waiting lounge .. but careful or you might miss that final boarding call! PS: The games have no online help, but its not exactly rocket science to figure out the keys. Minesweeper uses a combination of stylus and keypad (on my phone pressing up+stylus tap clears a square and pressing down+stylus allows you to flag a square)
