excellent!

This software does everything I could ask for. I have a Treo Pro and just upgraded to version 5.2 which is much more polished. It is very configurable! For example you can assign any hardware key to practically any feature. I use the "b" button to automatically create a bookmark. I listen to lots of podcasts and this is an extremely useful feature. Other handy shortcuts I like are assigning 30 second forward/back skipping to the d-pad left/right clicks. I love that it plays Audible files because the Audible player software isn't loud enough on my bluetooth headset. PocketMusic plays at a louder volume than other software but without distortion. This is great for handsets and/or headsets that arent' loud enough. One other great feature is that it will automatically load files in a specified folder upon startup. This is really handy for loading all my podcasts effortlessly. It's hard to imagine how this program won't satisfy just about everyone, especially people who listen to lots of podcasts.

Excellent product, much better than the previous version. It works great on my HTC when playing MP3 and OGG files, and I like the bookmarking feature. Als music alarm is a great thing. I would recommend this player instead of the included Windows player.

Significant improvement over Version 4

I didn't like Windows Media Player for long audiobooks because I couldn't index my place when I stopped. I originally bought PocketMusic version 4.3.4 because of the bookmark function but this function and the pause function never worked well with Windows Mobile 5.0 and my Dell Axim X51v - however I still liked the software better than Media Player even with it's limitations. When PocketMusic 5.0 became available I bought it as an upgrade and it was well worth it. Bookmark function now works exactly as it is supposed to, and pause function is much more reliable than before. Highly recommend this software, particularly if you like audiobooks.
