Piece of Junk..Mysteriously data disappears from the file!

on May 28, 2007 - This application can not load the data saved on it's own...in past 10 days, it happened 4 times for file as mall as 2Kb...data is there but application corrupts it by adding "NULL" characters between each characters...which cause blank file while trying to open file after saving...contacted customer service, no reply yet..it's been over 2 weeks!..Stay away from this Junk!..To fix the corruption made by this file, I had to open file in HEX editor to remove extra bytes it added between each characters!

on Apr 4, 2007 - Okay, this program does technically sync memos with Outlook, in that they appear on your mobile device. But that doesn't mean that they will actually OPEN on the device, on mine almost half of them would not. And if you have more than a few, there is no sorting options, not by title, not by create time, only the incomprehensible random order that is the program's default. And, as an earlier reviewer noted, occasionally some of the memos just disappear from the device, and if you happen to sync before you notice, they disappear from your desktop too. I contacted "customer support" multiple times, and never got an answer. This program deserves 0 stars.
