Earth Voyeur .NET
Earth Voyeur is a webcam viewer that allows you to pull in live images over the Internet from any standard webcam. Just enter the URL into the address bar and Earth Voyeur will display the image and refresh it at a rate of your choosing.
Earth Voyeur comes preloaded with 15 webcam "favorites", including webcams of the Eiffel Tower, Las Vegas NV, Vail CO, Times Square NY, a Cruise Ship, and several beach cams. These favorites can be modified by editing a simple text file. In addition, you can save the current Image at any point and display it later with an Image Viewer on your Phone.
Earth Voyeur can also be used as a viewer for your home or business security webcam network!
Earth Voyeur is not a streaming video player per se, but it can display several frames per second provided that both the sender and receiver have high speed Internet connections.
Supported Operating Systems: Pocket PC 2000, Pocket PC 2002 and Pocket PC 2003
Note: This program was tested against the US English version of Pocket PC. While it has been reported to work on international versions, we do not officialy support it.

on Jan 31, 2004 - I find this program really fascinating. I'm very much a people watcher and some of the webcams that you can see with this program are just great. I can walk around the house with my WiFi card installed and check out cams all around the world! Way Cool.
