Gave the trial a go (it a generous number of log-ons before the trial ends) and it was great on my ASUS A716 -- full sized pics, didn''t freak out my main computer while using activesync; and three different methods of letting you in to your PC if you can''t remember one of the other two (Namely a button combo; PIN number; and picture position tap). What I really liked was you don''t have to stipulate one part of the pic (which I suppose could be easy to crack by someone sooner or later); but you can have a combination of taps in different parts of the picture to add security. That''s sensational. I am also happy to report my alarm still comes on every day to wake me up despite having PP on, which I worried wouldn''t happen. I received very prompt (24 hours) tech help when I asked about a 10-second white screen on my pocket PC on start up (it''s a small ASUS-Picture Password conflict issue, and doesn''t add to the time taken for my PPC to load up). I see other reviewers mention response time on getting the serial no. I bought it Saturday Australian time (Fri in the US) and received the code on the next Monday -- SUNDAY in the US. Can''t beat that. I love it -- it''s simple, safe and will use it forever more.

Product is good, but support is very bad...

Tried this program, and was pleased with it's simplicity and functionality that I ordered the full product. Waited several days for the registration key to arrive with no luck. I emailed Softava in regards to the registration code, and again waited several days with no reply. I finally emailed Handango for help, and got a reply within a day. Long story short, they sent in my registration code. But now I'm having a problem on the date showing a day ahead. I emailed softava again in regards to this issue, and haven't heard a thing from them, yet.

Not for 47XX IPAQ

This program doesn't play well with the IPAQ 4700 series. The picture is very small.
