This product has simplified my life so much!

on Jul 18, 2007 - The functionality that the product provides is exactly what I need. It allows me to track my time as I'm at a client's office or enter it later. It allows tracking of multiple projects at multiple rates. It also allows tracking of expenses, mileage and calls (which you can pull directly from your call log). It dramatically simplifies my billing. Navigating through the screens is not as easy as one would expect. For example, you always have to start from the first icon and scroll through to the end. You cannot skip down to the icon below by scrolling down. Also, when entering time after the fact, it doesn't automatically take you to the next field after you edit date & time. You have to keep starting over at the beginning. While straight time tracking works properly, when entering a call from your call log, it doesn't use the time zone from your PDA, so you have to adjust all of the times by several hours which is a bit of a pain. The desktop version also does this, but allows you to make the adjustment globally. I hope to see the desktop version get more robust over time to the point where you could enter your time on either your PC or your PDA and synchronize the two. For the time being, you simply get reporting out of the desktop version. However, for the price, this software is worth it's weight in gold!

weak on flexibility

on Feb 13, 2006 - I used a Palm pilot time tracker (PicoTrak) before using this and find this one barely useable. Helpful for basic usage but doesn''t allow you to enter and track multiple clients, only multiple tasks. Also the reporting is weak and doesn''t offer a lot of flexibility.

Not bad some issues though

on May 26, 2005 - I am using this software on an audiovox 5600. I can't use the email records function because when you try to enter a symbol such as an @ the software exits the textbox. In the view edit records section the more button doesn't do anything. Other than that it's not too bad for $10 and comes in handy.
