12/24 Hour Digital Clock
No need to set it - it uses the system time.

Countdown Timer
Countdown timer counts down and sounds a user selectable notification "beep". No longer keeps Pocket PC awake.

Alarm Clock
Digital alarm clock. Wakes up the Pocket PC and sounds user selectable alarm sound, select unlimited multiple alarms and days of week to sound alarm, and selectable "Snooze" time.

Sleep Machine
Choose from a range of soothing sounds or add your own custom wav file for background sound when you're trying to get to sleep. Use the countdown timer to shut off the sound.

Sounds
Select from a range of alarm, sleep, and countdown timer "beep" sounds, plus one custom sound for each set.

Version 2.09 no longer prevents you from exiting if no alarms are set up.

Version 2.08 adds the ability to toggle the unlit digit segments from dark gray to black because of a number of complaints about the segments being too bright making the digits difficult to read.

Demo
There really is no effective way to make a demo of zzzMachine without just giving it away. After all, it is basically just a clock and it keeps time, and it does the other things above. What you see is really what you get!

However, to view the help file with added images of all the available features, I've created a web page that is a pseudo-Demo

Please Note: Despite the compatible devices list below, zzzMachine should run on any Pocket PC 2000 or 2002. The installer includes versions for ARM (StrongArm), MIPS, and SH3 processors. NOT RECOMMENDED for installation on external memory storage cards.

PLEASE NOTE: zzzMachine does NOT yet run properly on the latest version of the Pocket PC OS (Mobile 2003). The next version will address this problem.

Exceptional clock with all the features of a full-size clock!

I have used this clock for sometime while traveling and have thought it very useful. Now, with the recent updates, it is an exceptional clock with even sleep sounds - rain, ocean, etc. This is now all you can want in a clock. Great job! Thanks a lot.

I recently changed from my old Palm to my new Toshiba Pocket PC and one thing I couldn't believe was the lack of a good alarm. The ZZZ machine does everything my old Palm alarm did and more. It definitely is loud enough to wake even the deepest nappers!

Have needed an alarm program for awhile and couldn't decide which one, but then found this one. VERY awesome. EVERYTHING one would want with a travel/personal alarm. The one thing that I wish it had, and I would give it 10 stars then, is the ability to have more then one alarm, each alarm with it's own day & time setting. Other then that & despite that - it's awesome and WELL worth the purchase.
