on Mar 16, 2005 - I like that at level 1 it is easily beatable - this is key for people wanting to learn chess or get back in form after a long break. The save game load game feature is not found on other mobile chess programs yet. For me this is a key feature so I can play out different scenarios from a mid game position just by going back and loading the saved position. Do not have a MSN account so no idea on multiplayer. The reason this did not get 5 stars is the lack of specifying setup of opening move database and they do not put the notations around the board display yet use notation. Also it has an annoying check message that covers the whole board and you have to hit a button to go back.
