Works but...

The software worked great and did all it was supposed to, but... on my palm 700wx the range was less than a foot.

Excellant use for a PDA

This works great for my Axim x51v -I have about 15 ft range and set it up for 4 different rooms with 4 or 5 components each. I get better results than the actual remote if it's batteries get low -- sometimes I cant even FIND the remote!! (KIDS - they just leave it wherever they happen to take it.) Now I dont need to look for the remotes or gather them all up to watch a movie with surround sound. I can use it on my Canon camera -- G6 and digital Rebel, the oscillating fan, VCR, DVD, Plasma TV, regular TV, presentation projector at work, whatever uses IrDA -just check your hardware to see what your range is or use the demo to see if it will work for you. You can even change the channels at a pub, up the volume in a TV store, or mute the crappy movie they play at Best Buy.

Novii is an awsome idea but...

Seems really cool, but won't work unless you're within an arms reach of the device you are trying to control.
