TipCalc
This tip calculator has two modes: simple and advanced. The simple mode takes the price of the meal and the service level, then gives you the tip and total price. The advanced mode also allows you to enter custom tipping percentages as well as split the meal between several people.
Pocket PC 2002 users need to install the .NET Compact Framework from Microsoft. It is a free download, and is located here.
