on Mar 13, 2005; I have an Ipaq 4705 and found that this program didn't seem to work for me. The 'convert' part of the program locked up my Ipaq consistantly. No space was saved in the file store, and while it reported a lot of extra space in my otherwise full CF card, I couldn't use it. I get a 'Out of Memory' warning when I tried to put new info in the 'extra' space. I couldn't get any of it to work.
Did not work on my Ipaq 4705: by a reviewer from Virginia
on Mar 5, 2005; I had various problems with Speedzip. The 'convert' part of the program did not work, and locked up my machine. I found no space saved in the Ipaq Filestore. Size of files was the same on my desktop as they were in the Filestore. With a full CF card, the program reported a lot of extra space, but I couldn't use it. I tried copying a file from "My Documents" and tried to transfer a file through Activesync, but the Ipaq reported that it kept running out of memory and could not transfer the file. I emptied the card, then tried to fill it up again, through Activesync, and got the same problem at the same place. Tech support was unhelpful, and very slow, and I was not given a phone number when I asked. Nor do they have one posted, or in the program that I could find. I am very unsatisfied and have given up on working with it. No refund yet, 15 days after request.
