In this Ultimate Underworld, there is no up, just down -- all the way down! Explore the Stygian Abyss, a tremendous cavern fraught with peril, where the only way out is to go deeper into the abyss. Then travel to a mysterious maze where dark magic has opened rifts that lead to eight dangerous new worlds.

Your quest is dead simple. The Baron Almric's daughter, Arial, has been kidnapped by a troll. You are implicated as an accomplice and wanted by the authorities. To prove your innocence, you must find and rescue the maiden from The Stygian Abyss.

It was a great game 10yrs ago, It's still great today

Ultima Underworld was a fantastic RPG when it was released, an all-time classic. In my opinion it works very well on the PDA. It's still fun after all these years.

A faithful port of the original game

This is a faithful port of the original 1992 game. Ultima Underworld was the first notable 3D-perspective game for the PC. The pace is slow compared to today's twitch-shooters, but it has its own rhythm which is very addicting. This port is so faithful that I dug up an old DOS level editor (UWEDIT) and ran it on the saved game files, and it actually worked! There are some stability problems, but otherwise it is a great revival of a fine title.

Great game

This game was great on the PC, so when i heard Zio was making it for the pocket pc i waited. The game has great graphics, great sound and an amazing story, if you like RPG´s go buy this one, it´s great. The only problem are the controls, it takes a long time to get used to it, they were not meant for a tiny sreen.
