on Sep 4, 2007 - I purchased "The Clinical Medicine Consult -2007" last year and was extremely pleased with its usefullness in 9 out of 10 situations -- so much so that I have just purchased a two year subscription with the latest version. As an internist, I find it particularly useful in locating reliable, concise information quickly in fields that are not necessarily my own. My own area of interest is Infectious Diseases/Tropical Medicine, which I find adequately catered for the average user. It is nice to have new updates every few months. I use a PDA phone called Imate Jamin which uses Windows Mobile 5 and it works fine along with iSilo. Keep up the good work!!

I never leave home without my Treo as I highly use this text in conjunction with 'epocrates daily' especially when on call or at the hospital. Additionally I keep a copy running in all my exam rooms for instant access (desk-top reader runs the same file). I started using this during my final year of residency in 2001. Wish I had it sooner! Highly recommended and appreciate the frequent updates.
