on Apr 18, 2008 - I am amazed how accurate is the Putonghua pinyin. It is now my talking guide in mainland China. Ease of use can be improved. Good software. Highly recommended except a bit expensive.

on Nov 24, 2007 - This program probably goes hand in hand with the HNH Soft.com talking phrase program. As a dictionary it is the best that I have tested. I travel a lot in Asia and have a good understanding of Chinese and have found this program excellent. It has an excellent word coverage (try finding Greek and Greek language in other dictionaries! - I had to tell my Chinese colleges my background!). It allows you to display the Chinese characters and pin yin and has a very useful study feature to help with learning key words. Switching from English to Chinese input is also simple with Pin yin Chinese input allowing you to choose from the most suitable Chinese Character. This program has assisted me in many of my trips to China and will continue to do so.
