iSilo(TM) displays formatted hyperlinked documents. Compression is 20% better than the Palm Doc format. Text formatting includes mixed size text, colored text, underlininig, italics, bold, subscript and superscript, fixed-width font, and more. Images can be compressed greyscale (1-bit/2-bit/4-bit) and color (8-bit/16-bit), large and scrollable, and intermixed with text. Tables can have many rows and columns, can be nested within one another, support mixed borders, and more. Display and scrolling options are highly configurable. Additional features include bookmarks, beaming, copy and paste, search, among others.

With iSiloX, you can create your own iSilo documents from content on your local hard drive or from content on the Web.

It is a good product and I am very happy with it. I have it on my PDA and can now read my ophthalmology text on that so no time is wasted. keep me in formed for any medical dictionary.

I have been using iSilo on Palm device for a long time now. I use it for reading eBooks (tons of matherials available), but daily use for web content retreival is where it shines. It's free add-on iSiloX for Windows/Linux allows you to setup web pages as pages in document(s), with great config /reformat options (table handling, cookie sending), which you convert to iSilo in one click and download to device. Then, when you're idle, you can read TV program, weather, magazine articles, all DLed for free from Web and stored in compressed and reformated form on your device. I am buying this for my new p910.
