on Dec 20, 2008 - For on the fly calculation of mortgage payments without PMI this is an ok program. It asks for the yearly PMI which is always based on the loan amount and should be calculated as a factor. I have to calculate the PMI on a calculator and then put it into this program. It has interest only payment as well as Amortized calculation which is nice. The refinance calculation with break even point is very useful. Saving scenario makes it easy to pull up common scenarios and just key in the changes needed.Having it on the blackberry to switch to while on my bluetooth in the car is brilliant- just take a WAG at the annual PMI.
