This is my most useful medical text for Family practice and Adolescent Medicine. The information is updated several times per year. The hyperlinks make navigation easy. With Isilo you can bookmark important areas. I use both the Windows and Palm versions. Highly recommended.

It is very thorough and the index makes things easy to find. I keep it on a disk in my PDA. I highly recommend it. The value is awesome!
