Beware of this game! If Tetris made you addicted, this game will surely do as well. Not being a Tetris-style game, this little is basically as simple as it, and sometimes the easy things are best.
The different marbles sets (like funny smilies) give a nice graphical variation and make the game look great for a game of its genre.
As other eSoft Interactive's games, the price is just fair and you'll get a lot of fun for it.

Like in the game PocketSwap, your goal in Marble Mania is to line up three or more same-colored balls to eliminate them and score points. You do this by finding a pair of matching balls next to each other and a nearby ball of the same color. You then tap on a non-matching ball next to the pair and "swap" it with the nearby matching ball, allowing the trio to disappear and more balls to appear.
You have two types of game play to choose from. In the default "Progressive Mode" mode, you play a level until you run out of matches (your progress in a level is indicated in a status bar at the bottom left side of the screen). If there are any unmatched pairs left, the game ends. If you've cleared all the pairs, you'll be taken to a new level.
You can also play a "Time-based Mode" in which you have a limited amount of time (indicated in the status bar). You can extend your time by making matches. As with many games of this type, there's a hint mode available that will give you suggestions if you get stuck.
Marble Mania doesn't challenge logical thinking skills the way games such as "P" and "Anagram Plus" do, but it still manages to be fun and highly addictive. The game's different modes and the randomness of the levels will likely keep gamers interested for a long time.
