on Sep 24, 2004 - This game is simple, effect and entertaining for the price. It's basic infantry tactics are just enough not to be overwhelming on what you need to remember to do and keep an eye on. There are no resource development products to build up just offense and defense. The levels are interesting mazes with pockets to hide snipers in and alleys to place machine gunners to mow down your opponent. Wish it had a few more things: 1) Sound - while I play mostly with the sound off, it would be nice to hear the explosions from the bombs and the screams of agony of your dying enemy. 2) Navigation - navigating your sploits around is easy enough, but getting the screen to the right view sometimes takes a couple of tries. 3) Grouping Spoits - it would be nice to be able to group sploits and have them occupy the same space. You are often faced with attacking your enemy from a hallway and sometimes need to layer your men but then have them split. Currently you have to do it one at a time. 4) As I said moving sploits is easy, but copying the previous sploits navigation route only seems to work for an individual sploit, wish it worked for multiple selected sploits. Other than that I love it. Oh and the price did I mention the price?
