on Jul 31, 2007 - I finally bit the bullet and bought this package because I loved the uninstall tool. I didn't have time to learn to use the full power of the different programs, but I planned to some day ... This morning when I opened my Palm Desktop, all the non-recurring items for almost the last 6 months were gone! This was not a good thing, because I was going to use many of the entries to support my accounting, which we are in the process of setting up. I did a hotsync to restore the information from my handheld and must have been in a stupor from lack of sleep because I didn't set the handheld to overwrite the desktop, so I lost the data on my handheld as well! Apparently I hadn't done a backup for 3 months, which was better than 6, but that didn't help with the last 3 months of information, or with my MANY upcoming appointments. Praying like crazy and turning blue from holding my breath ... long story short I eventually came across the Undo program from my NeatFreak Pack Ultimate. It sounded like what I wanted to do, so I opened it and was presented with 5 recent dates I could restore from! I chose the one from yesterday, and EVERYTHING returned to my calendar!! I didn't lose a single entry. Absolutely AMAZING. If that was the one and only time I used any part of this software package, it would have been worth the price literally 100 times over! And that's not including it saving me from a heart attack ;) I am SO glad I didn't let my tightwadiness get the best of me when deciding to purchase this package. I love the uninstaller, I LOVE Undo, and I am going to take a look at the rest of this software!!
