BlackBerry Profile Switcher IT'S HERE! NOTE : Please try this software before you buy it! The 7 day trial is FREE. You've asked for it. Well, now you have it. The first ever Notifications Profile Switcher for the BlackBerry. What can the program do? Allow you to create "rules" to control which Profile is active. You select the Profile, the days and the duration of the rule. Assign a profile Profile to a Calendar event. The rule will automatically adjust if the time of the Calendar event is changed. Likewise, the rule will delete itself if the calendar event is deleted. Take a look at the Frequently Asked Questions. There are a few things you need to be aware of as you try out the program. The program is currently tested on the BlackBerry Pearl 8100 although it should work on any BlackBerry with OS 4.1 or greater. The program requires that keystroke injection be allowed for the application. (Instructions on how to do this are in the application.) The profile will not switch when the BlackBerry is holstered or the keyboard is locked. You will be notified by a vibrating alert if this condition occurs, and immediately upon unlocking, or unholstering, the profile will switch. Cannot work with custom profiles (coming soon!) Amazing Customer service!

When I first purchased this I did not read the description as throughly as I should have and did not know it was designed for OS 4.2 devices. I sent an e-mail to WCS and they responded very quickly and offered me a refund even though the fault was all mine. When I said I was willing to wait for an OS 4.2 update on my device or for an OS 4.1 compatible version they started working right away and created an OS 4.1 version in just 3 days! They even answered some of my other stupid questions. The applications works great on my OS 4.1 device (8703e) and the customer service is awesome!
