Poor Support, Buggy Install and Integration: by a reviewer from Lexington, KY
on Jun 8, 2006; Had issues with 5.3.2 and Lotus Notes. The issue is that many events (Meeting Invitations) would not sync at all to the Treo 650. The developer's website did not make it clear that the Treo was not supported. Tech support had me use Beta 5.5 to improve the functionality. 5.5 Beta caused Hotsync to crash. Tech support advised me to use 5.5 when it was released. Same Hotsync crash issues. Sync to Notes improved relative to 5.3.2. Tech support won't provide free upgrade even though I beta tested for them and they sold me a version that was incompatible with my device. I'd look elsewhere for sync software- like PDASync from LapLink.

on Oct 24, 2004; If you are an existing Lotus Notes user with a lot of data to transfer to your Palm be aware that repeating dates and all day events are not supported by Intellisync. As you will have a fatal error for each of these you will need to delete and re-enter all affected items. Not a very elegant solution.

on Apr 24, 2004; This program will keep me from throwing my Tungsten T3 out the window! Palm's new conduits don't work correctly if you want to use third party apps (like DateBook 5) with Outlook, but Intellisync does. Thanks!
